About me
I am Lawrence Villaverde, a Sales Manager at Megaworld Corporation. In 2017, I completed my Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from San Beda College Alabang. Following my graduation, I embarked on a three-month solo journey to New Zealand, where I sought personal growth and self-discovery. Upon returning to the Philippines, my determination and eagerness to kickstart my career in sales led me to the unforeseen path of the real estate industry. I was referred by my uncle, a Megaworld property investor in Uptown Bonifacio, to his real estate agent, who eventually became my sales manager, and I became part of Team Magis.
During my initial year with Megaworld in 2018, I faced challenges and encountered numerous rejections. These experiences instilled in me resilience and a winning mindset. However, in 2019, my fortunes took a dramatic turn as I became the top-ranking real estate agent for the entire year. I was honored to receive the prestigious Supremus Gold Award, reserved for a select few who achieve exceptional sales production while maintaining the highest personal production as a property specialist. The subsequent years proved equally remarkable as I secured the Supremus Bronze Awards in 2020 and 2021, attaining a rare three-peat accomplishment.
In 2022, I was promoted to the position of Sales Manager, affording me the privilege to construct my team. I aptly named it Team Infinite, as I firmly believe that our success knows no bounds. As a Sales Manager, my role entails assisting aspiring real estate agents in crafting their tales of triumph in the real estate industry. As I embark on this new chapter of my real estate career, I firmly believe that with the right mindset and work ethic, one is destined for success and can surpass even their wildest dreams. With over six years of expertise in the real estate industry, I am confident in delivering my utmost commitment to provide you with exceptional service and assist you in discovering and building cherished memories in your new home.
