About me
I’m Lawrence Villaverde, Sales Manager at Megaworld Corporation. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from San Beda College Alabang in 2017. Afterward, I embarked on a three-month journey to New Zealand, seeking personal growth and self-discovery. Upon returning to the Philippines, driven by a strong desire to launch my career in sales, I unexpectedly found my path in the real estate industry. Referred by my uncle, a Megaworld property investor in Uptown Bonifacio, to his real estate agent, I eventually became part of Team Magis under my new sales manager.
My first year at Megaworld in 2018 was challenging, with many rejections that taught me resilience and the importance of perseverance. However, in 2019, my efforts paid off, and I emerged as the top-ranking real estate agent for the year. I was honored to receive the prestigious Supremus Gold Award, a recognition for exceptional sales performance and personal achievements as a property specialist. The success continued in 2020 and 2021 when I earned the Supremus Bronze Awards, a rare accomplishment of three consecutive years.
In 2022, I was promoted to Sales Manager, and I had the privilege of building my own team, which I named Team Infinite. I chose this name because I believe that success has no limits. As a Sales Manager, my mission is to guide aspiring real estate agents and help them craft their own stories of success in this industry. I am a firm believer that with the right mindset, system, & energy, anyone can achieve their dreams and exceed their expectations.
With over seven years of experience in the real estate industry, I am dedicated to providing exceptional service and assisting you in finding a home where you can create lasting memories. I’m excited to continue helping individuals and families discover their perfect spaces and achieve their goals.
